Edgelands is strongly pro-rose. This direct press rose is a constant companion for food, any time of year. Our Rose aspires to be refreshing and juicy; light and dry. Most of all it is made for drinking any place outside: a porch pounder, floating on the river, or around a bonfire watching the sun go down.
Production notes: This wine is produced using a direct press method, which allows Edgelands to work with our vineyard partners to optimize our fruit for the most delicious wine. |

A star in our hearts, Sauvignon Blanc was first planted in Washington during the 1940’s. This Sauvignon Blanc comes to your glass from Bacchus Vineyard, where the team tends some of the oldest vines in the state. Zippy yet balanced, this wine belongs on the dinner table alongside fresh PNW seafood, giant salads and the summer glow. |

2020 Rose Pet Nat
|
$35

What’s not to like about a wine that is pink and bubbly? Making Pet-Nat is a bit like fermentation, interrupted. The wine is bottled before fermentation has completed and has about half of the pressure of traditional sparkling wines. This wine will taste cheerful, bright and unpredictable. Perfect for toasting your new promotion or Tuesday night book club. Drink fresh to highlight the flavors of the harvest, or hold to see what comes with time. |

Produced in an ancient method of sparkling wine this wine tastes of fresh harvest flavors, youthful exuberance and summer sun. It is unfiltered and unpolished; a diamond in the rough. In fact, we expect that if you drink it fresh, you will taste the sun on the grape clusters. This semi-sparking Sauvignon Blanc will be best served chilled, alongside an epic charcuterie board. |

2020 Viognier
|
$30

|
This Viognier is the result of a happy accident; a little bit of extra fruit kicking around. Unlike most white wines, this wine completes fermentation with the skins, imparting extra flavors and texture. Though different than many conventional Viogniers, the wine is a delicious surprise and has earned its place here in the Edgelands lineup. Serve chilled alongside roasted chicken, or a rich white fish like Halibut. |
