This Viognier is the result of a happy accident; a little bit of extra fruit kicking around. Unlike most white wines, this wine completes fermentation with the skins, imparting extra flavors and goodness. In its first vintage it was lovingly referred to as Oscar, for fermenting in a trash can, and Julius, because it was orange. In the end, the wine was a delicious surprise and earned a place here in the Edgelands lineup.
